WOW this picture turned out awesome
also General Lees is currently my favorite character of the week
So yeah this picture is mainly about the General's traumatic childhood, how he has hated people, and the transition into the man he is now.
The design is based off of these two pictures by the brilliant *CountANDRA
The abridged story of General Lees' past is below

As a 9 year old boy, the General, or Ethan Walter Lees, lived in wealth and was very miserable. He was a guinea pig for his father's weaponry and he was constantly abused by his father. One day, one of the highly unstable weapons backfired and blew out half of the boy's head and left hand. His father, who still wanted to keep the memory of his deceased wife alive, decided to fix his son so he could function again. However, since General Lees' father didn't really care about his well being, he did a rushed job and managed to save his son's life with a 10 minute installation of a prosthetic brain half and a hook hand. The prosthetic head part was only designed for army purposes, so that changed the way the young boy thought, and gave him a new, wicked conscience.
General Lees had an older brother who was a successful business man, and had most of his Father's respect. The young boy thought the only respect for his older brother wasn't fair and that he didn't deserve to live. So, the night when his brother visited their place, the young General Lees went psycho and killed his brother brutally, along with several maids and butlers in their mansion.
Once the General's father saw the slaughter his son committed, he decided that the best decision for him was to send him to a mental institution for 5 years. So, the 9 year old was sent in a truck to Payne's Mental Clinic.
Ever since he was sent to the sanitarium, he has always hated mankind with a passion and has dreamed to destroy civilization once and for all. Three of his childhood years were wasted in the mental clinic, but eventually, he managed to escape. When the General was 15, he decided to list himself into a military academy because he was always fascinated about how machines and how military strategies worked. Turns out the boy had a natural skill at commanding others.
Twenty years later, General Lees was inducted as the country's five star General. In 1995, he came up with a clever plan to destroy humanity and to reshape it into a better society.
